Cozy and convenient place near xinyi mall area with lots of food and shopping malls nearby. The apartment is safe with friendly 24-7 security staff in lobby. The studio is slightly smaller than I expected but it has large windows that allow plenty of sunshine and view. The bathroom and shower are spacious. The washer/dryer combo was very useful. I also appreciate the large desk that allowed me to work comfortably. Jenny was quick to respond and I’d be happy to come back again given the chance.

Fantastic apartment only 1km from Taipei 101. Jenny has really added the personal touch to the place. Fantastic view out the windows. The apartment has all the amenities to be self sufficient. Whether it be long stay. Added bonus there is a roof top pool which is great at night time and a gym.

The location of this appartnent is very good. There are many restaurants serving good dishes with moderate price. Daan park is suitable to take a walk. We can go to Taipeisation , 中山... and even to　淡水directly by MRT.

A great place with a great manager Jenny has a very nice selection of studios to stay in. the studios have all the amenity of a home. Jenny was very responsive to all my emails, even with the time difference. I will rent from her again when ever I stop in Taipei.
