We do provide housekeeping , change bed sheets service, you just pay it as you require. This serviced apartment is really suit for business person who travel a lot and do need a place like home to have their own privacy and also enjoy local life, and also suit for persons who want to experience different Asia/ Chinese culture in Taipei city. As you first arrive in Taipei, you don’t need to worry how to prepare some stuffs to live in the apartment, we had already prepared for you.

Yes, you DO need to do that and take the responsibility no matter you stay in serviced style apartment or not. This is rental service, not hotel service. As you rent the apartment and stay there, you need to follow our policies and take care the apartment during your stay. That's the reason we keep the deposit and will inspect all facilities and furniture as you move out.
Because we need to get the confirmation from you that you want to commit the reservation, that’s the reason you need to pay deposit to secure it. After you reserve, we will not open booking to others to reserve it.
On the date you move out, the deposit is refunded in cash without damaging any facilities and furniture.We will take 2~5 mins to inspect the apartment ‘s condition.If you check out from 9pm to 9 am(not our service time), then we will refund the deposit into your PayPal account directly after we inspect the apartment during our service time on the date you check out.
(Please note that transfer fee will be charged by PayPal if it’s over 6 months from the date you reserve)
Yes, you can rent a serviced apartment for long term such like one year. The price will be offered for long term price , so it means have discount, please email to ask, then we will send the quote to you according to how long you would like to rent.
Yes, please. We need to know the tenant's background before take the reservation for security reason due to it's rental service, not hotel style, even it's serviced apartment style. The buildings where our apartments are located have security guard and are in good community. For the community's safety , so we need to evaluate tenant's status in order to avoid that illegal or impolite behavior to bother neighbors.
Yes, you can apply ARC with the contract you signed with us. After you move in and sign the contract, you can use the contract to apply ARC for your stay in Taiwan. No matter you work or study in Taiwan. After you move out and you still stay in Taiwan, you need to apply to change the address to new address on ARC, can not still use our apartment's address on your ARC.
Yes, we do offer return customer rate to our return customers. Even customers don't ask that, we will automatically offer return customer rate to our return customers. No, you need to pay in cash for all. If your company find the house for you and sign the contact as the tenant, the company can pay by the check issued from Taiwan bank.
As you check in, we will take the photo of electricity meter. As you check out, we will take the photo of electricity meter again. Then we will calculate meter number how much you use, then will know how much electricity fee you need to pay.
Yes, you need to follow building policies as you stay as a tenant. Apartments we provide are in the good quality of buildings, and have building management team manage building issues. Stay as a resident, no matter how long you stay, you need to obey rules of the building like local persons do as well, If you break or disobey the rules of building, then we will estimate your stay and may terminate the contract if the tenants continue to disobey that.
No, we only provide standard furniture and facilities in our apartments what we provide as you check in, even we are running serviced style apartment. If you need more furniture or facilities , please buy it by yourself for your personal need.
No. Due to security reason, we won't accept any mails or packages arrive before check in date. Tenants should receive their mails or package after they arrive, and collect it by themself.
Yes, you DO need to clean the apartment and keep it in tidy way as you check out due to it’s rental service , not like the hotel. If you don’t have time to clean the apartment, we will charge clean fee TWD$600 from you.
Yes, you can get the deposit back after deduct one month 's rent as the penalty according to government rental rules. For short term rental, still need to pay one month's rent as penalty as the deposit amount is less than one month's rent.
As doing housekeeping, the cleaner will clean whole apartment area include window, change bed sheets and throw garbage, but not wash towels & personal clothes. If you want the cleaner to help you wash towels, then just inform us in advance, we will tell the cleaner to do that. But due to limited time, towels will be dried in the washer& dryer combo. As you come home, you need to take it out from washer & dryer combo.
The cleaner will wash the dish if you left some needed to be wash in the sink.
Housekeeping time will take 2 hrs to clean it in 1BR standard size apartment, it will take 2.5hrs to clean in 1 BR apartment (big unit).
Yes, we do provide pick up service for customers as they arrive at the airport.
As you reserve the apartment, we will ask you if you want to have pick up service from the airport.
Then you just provide your flight number and flight arrival time, we will arrange it for you to let you have a smoothly trip to arrive in the apartment.
The driver will wait at exit of arrival at the airport. The driver will held the card with your name.
After the driver meets you, the driver will inform our staff, then the staff will wait in the lobby of the building where you will stay. And greet you as you arrive.
