We provide this service for customers who will relocate in Taipei city for study, work or personal issue.

If we don't have options on the website for you, we can find outside source for you. We will help you to search apartments options to meet your need for your future home in Taiwan.

We will charge service fee per request and will provide at least 3 options for you to let you choose. If you decide to rent the apartment, we will help you to communicate with the landlord/landlady or the house agency until signing the contract and move in.

After move in, if you still need this service, just pay as require.

If you need to find a home under our management service, then there are no fee charged as searching new options for you.

As you decide to rent it, then we will rent it under our management service. Then start to provide services during your stay. If the apartment is not furnished, we are happy to provide interior decoration service for you.

⎈ If you want to rent the apartment in another area, not in Taipei City . The fee will provided as required.

The way to process:

Email or submit online rental application form as below to request this service.
We send the payment quote to you according to the service details you request.
Make the payment, after we receive the payment, we start to search options for you.
We provide information options to let you choose , and take you to view the apartments.
If you like the one, and have any questions to ask, we will help you to ask the owner or the broker.
As confirm to rent it, prepare payment to rent it, we will help you for signing contract issue.
If the property is provided from the broker, you need to also pay half of rental monthly payment as broker fee to the broker directly as sing the contract. (it's normal process in Taiwan). Your don't need to pay any fee as you rent from the landlord/ landlady directly.
During your stay, we can help you to communicate with the landlord/landlady if you need.
