Regulations and Rules :

1.This is not house advertising platform, not accept advertising requirements. 

2.Only accept online application submit. Please don't call to ask details.

3.You must own the apartment and be a landlord/landlady.

4. Basic requirements about apartments：     

(1) Need to have safety guards in the building.  

(2) Only in the centre of Taipei City, near Taoyuan HSR station , near Hsinchu  Science Park area.       

(3)  Reasonable rent for long term relationship     

(4) Available to apply for rental tax.

5.The information you provided is only for internal review process, won't release to the third party or for any marketing purpose. 

6.After review, we will require you to provide apartment photos to know more details.

7. After review, not suit for our need, we won't reply the result. 

8. This application form is only submitted to let us know more apartment details. Don't mean that we want to rent it.
